TravlHacks currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, with delivery usually taking 3–10 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Do I get tracking with my order?
Yes. Every order includes tracking.
Once your order has been processed, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
Shipping costs for orders under this amount will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@travlhacks.com as soon as possible.
Because we aim to process orders within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered fulfilment.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some products may be shipped separately depending on stock and fulfilment location.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
